First Time Attendee Rate:
The First Time Attendee rate is US$175.00.
To qualify for this rate, this must be the first IAGSDC convention you have ever attended under any rate structure, you must never have applied for the New Dancer Convention Incentive program before, and you must have completed at least the Mainstream program.
- Register for convention at the First Time Attendee rate. (please register and submit the verification letter with 14 days of each other).
- Obtain a letter from your club president verifying that this is your first convention.
- Submit the letter via email to the registrar of the convention (within 14 days of registering) at email@example.com before the start of convention or mail to the following address (make sure to mail this in time to be received by 06/01/2021).

- Once we receive and process this letter, we will authorize the payment and you may either pay online at that point, or you may mail your check with the letter and we will approve and post the payment (please submit payment with 14 days of registration approval).
** Registrants under the First Time Attendee rate are not eligible for cancellation refunds (except for medical reasons) and these registrations are non-transferable to another person.

To cancel a registration, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Registration fees will be refunded to you less the following cancellation fees.
- Cancellations before May 1, 2021 – amount paid less $25
- Cancellations after May 2, 2021 – no refunds will be issued
- Early Bird Cancellations before March 1, 2021 – amount paid less $50
- Early Bird Cancellations after March 1, 2021 – no refunds will be issued
You can transfer a registration to another person by notifying us and paying a transfer fee of $25. Early bird registrations cannot be transferred. No transfers will be accepted after 06/15/2021. For more information on transfers, contact us at email@example.com
Fun Badge Tour cancellations:
There will be no refunds for Fun Badge Tour cancellations. There is no fee to transfer a Fun Badge Tour to another dancer. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
A returned payment administrative fee of $25 will be charged.
